STOMP Fitness is dedicated to providing effective, full body walking workout sessions FOR WOMEN, that will help you get fitter, stronger and healthier!

Power walking puts emphasis on speed and arm motion, which increases your heart rate and provides a cardio workout, whilst minimising the strain on joints that can be associated with running or high impact exercise. Read more on benefits of walking workout

In addition, carefully selected conditioning and stretching breakouts take place during the class, to ensure you get a well balanced training session.
