Cookie notice

Last updated: 27 September 2026

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. This page explains which ones this site uses and how to control them. Our privacy policy explains what we do with personal information more generally.

Your choices

When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept analytics and advertising cookies. Nothing other than essential cookies is set until you choose. You can change your choice at any time from the cookie link in the footer of every page. Declining does not affect anything on the site apart from measurement and advertising.

We use Google Consent Mode. When you decline, Google’s tags still load but are told not to store cookies or identifiers, so no analytics or advertising data about you is collected.

The cookies we use

Essential. Always on; the site does not work without them.

  • Cookie consent: remembers the choice you made in the banner, for 12 months.
  • WordPress: a short-lived cookie used when you submit a form, and login cookies for staff who administer the site.

Functional. Set by services we embed, only when you use them.

  • TeamUp booking widget (goteamup.com), on the timetable pages: cookies TeamUp needs to log you in and take bookings. TeamUp’s own cookie policy applies.
  • Trustpilot review widget: may set a cookie to load the reviews shown on the site.

Analytics. Only with your consent.

  • Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*): counts visits and pages, and tells us which pages people find useful. Kept for up to 2 years. Data is processed by Google; IP addresses are not stored in full.
  • STOMP Fitness (stomp_attr): remembers how you found our website: the website, advert or email that brought you here, the page you arrived on and when, and how many times you have visited. If you send us an enquiry, this goes with it, so we can see which of our marketing works. It stays in your browser for 90 days and is not shared with anyone else.

Advertising. Only with your consent.

  • Google Ads (_gcl_*, and cookies set by google.com): tells us whether a visit came from one of our adverts and whether it led to an enquiry, so we can see which advertising works. Kept for up to 90 days.
  • Meta pixel (_fbp, and cookies set by facebook.com): tells us whether a visit came from one of our Facebook or Instagram adverts and whether it led to an enquiry. Kept for up to 90 days.
  • If you arrived by clicking one of our Google, Facebook or Instagram adverts, stomp_attr (above) also keeps the advert’s click reference, so that an enquiry you send can be matched to that advert.

Managing cookies in your browser

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will stop the forms and booking from working. Instructions for common browsers are at allaboutcookies.org.
