I started going to fitness classes for Mums when my boys were toddlers and it didn’t take long for me to fall in love with fitness and health. Being with like-minded women was exactly what I needed and not only did we form life-long friendships, but we went from beginner classes to marathons together.
My passion for exercising continued and once my kids were older, I trained to be a personal trainer.
I have worked in a gym as well as coached beginners running groups. More recently I have been working for Stomp fitness leading outdoor fitness classes as well as personal training.
We all need strength training and cardio, but I am now a huge believer in the wellness side as well, so if you want to go for a coffee after class, count me in!
