All-over body workout via a ZOOM session
Times are a bit different right now but that doesn’t mean you can’t get the benefits of a great group workout in the privacy of your home or garden (with or without your camera on, totally your choice!).
Jo has adapted her classic STOMP class to offer a fantastic all over body workout online using Zoom which will only take an hour of your time, with no travelling to factor in.
The session is for all levels of fitness and provides a mixture of cardiovascular and conditioning exercises, which will help to strengthen all muscle groups and burn fat. It’s regular and thorough and there is always a low impact option for those not wanting or able to jump around.
This is perfect if you’re currently working from home and not sure how to get some daily exercise in. All you need is your trainers, a mat, a drink, a PC or tablet and some weights (or tins of food!)
