STOMP Online

About:

An all over body workout via a ZOOM session.

Created to help those that prefer to train at home but with the benefits of a great group workout in the privacy of your home or garden (with or without your camera on, totally your choice!).

STOMP Classic has been adapted to offer a fantastic all over body workout online using Zoom which will only take an hour of your time, with no travelling to factor in.

A full body workout with modifications to suit every fitness level. . A mixture of high energy and low impact exercises to challenge your fitness, stamina, strength and flexibility. With dumbbells or household objects or without. You need an area big enough to lie in and Wi-Fi to join us on Zoom.
All participants will be screened individually prior to attending the session.

Recommended Kit List:

2 x 1 – 4Kg Dumbbells
1  x pack of various fitness bands
1 x Fitness Mat
