Walking is being respected more and more across the UK in recent years. And, boy! doesn’t it deserve this.
How about we don’t just walk but STOMP!?

STOMP is our unique Outdoor Walking Workout, designed to maximise your fitness in an easy going  fun environment.
Your STOMP Leader helps you find your best pace and posture to increase the exercise value. Great for our heart and lungs, improving strength, posture and fat burning.
We don’t leave it there though. Why not use the loop of the walk to stop periodically and be taken through a sequence of body weight exercises that strengthen your whole body.
A Squat or a Lunge will always ache less when followed by a walk. There is a lot of science behind the STOMP method.

So that’s the physical bit. The rest of the benefits are holistic. Walking and talking is proven to bring about a wealth of health benefits. Everybody feels better for a chat while walking forwards, together. Talking for fun. Talking for advice. Talking to learn. We cover all sorts of topics at STOMP.
