STOMP 1:1 Coaching
Are you new to exercising and not sure where to start? Or perhaps you have been training at a gym for a while but need to get to the next level?
Whatever your ability STOMP 1:1 Coaching will help you achieve your fitness goals and general well being.
Your STOMP Trainer will create a personalised training plan based an initial assessment and on your goals. A plan you can use in the Gym and at home.
1-1 training includes an hour workout in the STOMP studio or outdoors at Frensham Little Pond or Online via Zoom.
A fitness assessment may be conducted to determine your current fitness level. The assessment can include measurements:
- Body composition
- Cardiovascular endurance
- Blood pressure
- Heart rate
These measurements will help your Trainer to assess your level of fitness and to plan the optimum training regime for you.
Your trainer will start by discussing your fitness goals, whether it’s
- Weight loss
- Muscle gain
- Improved endurance
- other specific objectives.
Targeted to the specific goals agreed between you and your trainer.
During the one hour long sessions, we use the four pillars to perfect fitness to guide your workout.

Targeting all four areas will make you feel physically fit and reduce the risk of injury
