STOMP Runs is a brand new addition to the STOMP timetable.
It aims to reach those who enjoy a faster pace or might like to try running/jogging while still enjoying the benefits of a the STOMP Classic session.
You will spend the hour outdoors, enjoying a beautiful loop round Frensham Little Pond with regular stops regularly for exercise stations.
