The kids are back to school. It has been another long summer. You are keen to get moving so why not take your ordinary walk with the dog, or your friend and turn it into a full body workout.
Stomp believes in looking after your joints while working out. We teach you how to Power Walk and gain all the benefits of this underrated activity to increase fitness, strength and flexibility. We use almost, every exercise imaginable along the way so that each hour long session uses every muscle in your body.
Stomp is entirely unique and we welcome new Stompers to join our friendly community of Women (and dogs!) for free at any session in Farnham, Haslemere, Guildford, Fleet or Frome!
All Instructors know their stuff so bad knees, hips, backs alongside the array of issues that us girls sometimes endure, are not only understood, but helped!
